About the Role

Join LENZO’s hardware engineering team to help develop next-generation AI computing platforms built on our TokenProcessor™ architecture. You will contribute across the full SoC development cycle, from RTL implementation and system integration to verification, silicon bring-up, and performance optimization, working closely with computer architects, compiler engineers, and AI researchers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement RTL for high-performance SoC components

  • Integrate IP blocks and subsystems into complete SoC designs

  • Develop verification environments and validate functionality

  • Optimize performance, power, and area (PPA)

  • Collaborate on architecture exploration and hardware/software co-design

  • Support FPGA prototyping, silicon bring-up, and post-silicon validation

Requirements

  • Experience with SoC, ASIC, or FPGA development

  • Strong Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL skills

  • Experience with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens/Mentor)

  • Familiarity with RTL verification methodologies

  • Understanding of computer architecture and digital system design

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI accelerators, machine learning hardware, or cryptographic accelerators

  • Knowledge of RISC-V, ARM, or high-speed interconnects

  • Experience with FPGA prototyping or silicon tape-out

  • Familiarity with Linux development environments and scripting (Python, Tcl, Bash)

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to help define a new generation of AI computing hardware

  • Small, highly technical team with significant individual impact

  • Collaboration with researchers from NAIST and experienced semiconductor engineers

  • Flexible working arrangements and competitive compensation
