About the Role
Join LENZO’s hardware engineering team to help develop next-generation AI computing platforms built on our TokenProcessor™ architecture. You will contribute across the full SoC development cycle, from RTL implementation and system integration to verification, silicon bring-up, and performance optimization, working closely with computer architects, compiler engineers, and AI researchers.
Responsibilities
Design and implement RTL for high-performance SoC components
Integrate IP blocks and subsystems into complete SoC designs
Develop verification environments and validate functionality
Optimize performance, power, and area (PPA)
Collaborate on architecture exploration and hardware/software co-design
Support FPGA prototyping, silicon bring-up, and post-silicon validation
Requirements
Experience with SoC, ASIC, or FPGA development
Strong Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL skills
Experience with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens/Mentor)
Familiarity with RTL verification methodologies
Understanding of computer architecture and digital system design
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with AI accelerators, machine learning hardware, or cryptographic accelerators
Knowledge of RISC-V, ARM, or high-speed interconnects
Experience with FPGA prototyping or silicon tape-out
Familiarity with Linux development environments and scripting (Python, Tcl, Bash)
